Progress in Microelectronics and Cylindrical MOS Technology

Session Infomation

Device miniaturization with high performance and low power consumption is a crucial aspect of today’s Microelectronics. Significantly, it is associated with mobile devices, telecommunications, computer technology, digital technology, etc. However, the widely used planar-device technology has reached its physical limitations in reducing device sizes. To mitigate these issues, cylindrical thin-film device technology is a better option.

Through this session, the researchers and academicians working in Telecommunication, Microelectronics and Cylindrical thin-film technologies bring together to discuss, exchange, and explore the new possibilities to nurture this technology further. Submissions related to the following topics are welcome, but not limited to:

Microelectronic devices, Cylindrical thin-film technology, Flexible electronics, Printed electronics, Chip design, Organic electronics, Bio-sensors, Quantum electronics, Semiconductor devices, Wearables devices, Sensors, Sensing devices, Solid state devices and circuits, Electronic imaging, Electromagnetics, Antenna design, Communication devices, RF Signal processing, Fiber optics, RF devices, Wi-Fi devices, Embedded systems, Microcontrollers, Wireless Sensor Networks, and Control systems, etc.

Submitted Articles

Note: The following submitted articles are not guaranteed to be scheduled in the final program at this stage. The final presentation type and arranged session will be decided by Technical Program Committee.
